Hi, thanks for stopping buy! Depending on my schedule I can not always go get a açaí bowl from Nekter, so I learned to make my own at home. You can get the organic Açaí puree, protein powder, chi seeds, hemp seed granola and flax seeds all in amazon! Amazing right? All other ingredients you’ll find at your local organic market, sprouts, Whole Foods ect
Ingredients
Açaí purée frozen slightly thawed 1 package (I use brand AMA fruits)
Pea protein powder 1 teaspoon (I use the brand Now Sports)
Chi seeds 1 teaspoon
Flax seeds 1 teaspoon
Hemp seed granola 2 tablespoon
1 whole bananna sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries sliced
1/4 cup coconut shavings
1 teaspoon agave syrup
Mix the protein powder, chi seeds and flax seeds into the açaí purée , add this to bowl, first layer add hemp seed granola then top that off with your banana slices , strawberry slices, blueberries and then drizzle the agave syrup on top and add the last layer on top which is the coconut shavings. There ya have it! Enjoy your healthy breakfast or healthy treat!
